Shipping Policy – Carevia

At Carevia, our priority is to deliver your order safely, efficiently, and as quickly as possible—no matter where you are located. We proudly serve customers worldwide and work with trusted logistics partners to ensure a smooth delivery experience.


Shipping Locations

Orders may be shipped from one of our international fulfillment centers, including warehouses in North America, Europe, or Asia, depending on product availability and your delivery location.

To maintain high standards, all products undergo regular inventory and quality inspections before shipment.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using reliable, well-known carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or local postal services, depending on your destination.

All orders are dispatched using express or priority shipping services whenever available.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping Time: 10–15 business days (depending on destination)

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees

  • Weekends, public holidays, customs processing, or carrier delays are not included

  • During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer


Customs, Taxes & Import Duties

Shipping times may vary due to customs clearance procedures in your country.

Most orders—especially those shipped within the United States—do not incur customs or import fees. However, in rare cases, local authorities may apply additional charges. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

By placing an order, you authorize Carevia and its logistics partners to manage the import process on your behalf, including customs clearance when required.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become active.
If you don’t see the email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.


Multiple Shipments

To ensure faster and more efficient delivery, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. Each shipment will have its own tracking information.


Returns & Failed Deliveries

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failure to collect the package

The order may be reshipped at the customer’s expense, or refunded minus the original shipping cost once returned to our warehouse.

For returns valued over $75, we strongly recommend using trackable shipping or insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt otherwise.


Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Lost or Undelivered Packages

Carevia is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout.

Please verify your billing and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us within 2 hours of purchase.

If a package is returned due to an address issue:

  • A refund will be issued once the item returns to our warehouse (excluding shipping costs), or

  • The package may be reshipped once the address is corrected, at the customer’s expense


Shipping Charges

Once an order has been shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable.

By purchasing from Carevia, you acknowledge that international shipments may be subject to customs charges upon arrival, depending on your country’s regulations.


Tracking Shows “No Information Available”

Some carriers require 2–5 business days to update tracking data.

If no tracking information appears after 5 business days, please contact our support team for assistance.


Will My Order Arrive in One Package?

In some cases, items from the same order may ship separately due to logistics or warehouse availability—even if combined shipping was selected.


Can I Cancel My Order?

You may cancel your order within 4 hours of purchase without penalty.

To request cancellation, please email us with the subject line:
“ORDER CANCELLATION”

Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
