At Carevia, we stand behind both the quality of our products and the real results our customers experience.

That’s why every eligible purchase is protected by our 60-Day At-Home Trial.

We believe meaningful recovery and relief take time. Just like physical therapy or rehabilitation, consistent use is essential to experience the full benefits of our devices.

Trial Terms

  • Your 60-day trial begins on the day your order is delivered.

  • We require a minimum usage period of 30 days before a refund request can be submitted.

  • Clinical research indicates that improvements in circulation, muscle relaxation, and nerve support typically appear after 4–6 weeks of consistent use, allowing your body time to adapt and respond to therapy.

If, after regular use, your Carevia device does not provide the comfort or relief you expected, you may request a return under the terms below.

Our specialists will personally assist you to ensure safe and correct usage.


Returns & Refunds

You may return your device within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The return must be sent to an authorized Carevia warehouse

  • All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included

Refund Conditions

  • Opened / Used items
    → Refunded to the original payment method minus a non-negotiable 15% medical sanitation & disposal fee, as used wellness devices cannot be resold.

  • Unopened / Unused items
    → Refunded to the original payment method minus a non-negotiable 10% restocking fee.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Credit card refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.


Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 4 hours of purchase.

After this time, your order enters processing and cannot be canceled.
If you’re unsatisfied after delivery, our support team will be happy to help explore solutions.


Replacements

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

We will arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible to ensure you can experience the intended benefits without delay.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and non-refundable:

  • Digital products

  • Extended warranties

  • Accessories

Returns will not be accepted for products showing signs of misuse, neglect, or damage unrelated to manufacturing defects.

Items sent to forwarding services or unauthorized warehouses are not eligible for refunds.


Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Carevia reserves the right to limit, refuse, or reject returns in cases involving:

  • Excessive or irregular return activity

  • Missing, damaged, or altered components

  • Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unethical behavior

These measures help us maintain fairness and protect all customers.


Shipping & Duties

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on international returns.
Carevia is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.


Chargebacks & Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact Carevia Support before initiating a chargeback.

Important:
Chargebacks filed without prior communication with our support team will void eligibility for refunds or returns under the 60-day trial policy.

We are committed to resolving concerns quickly and fairly and encourage direct communication first.


14-Day EU Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you retain the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
